Today's plant of the day is Raspberry Summer Lovers!
This completely thornless, aromatic raspberry plant produces a number of large fruits that have a lovely gradient from yellow to apricot. For the best taste, wait until your raspberries are fully ripened - and then tuck in. There's plenty to make this August from raspberry muffins, crumble and cheesecake to a fruit salad or even your very own raspberry jam!
Make sure to water the plant well and leave to stand - keep moist until established. Make sure in spring time to cut back on the watering ready for harvesting in the summer. For best results, plant two parts soil mixed with one part soil improver and a little general fertiliser.
